Skardu is a city located in Gilgit − Baltistan, a part of Pakistan – administered Kashmir. Skardu serves as the capital of Skardu District and the Baltistan Division. Skardu is situated at an elevation of nearly 2,500 metres (8,202 feet) in the Skardu Valley, at the confluence of the Indus and Shigar Rivers. The city is an important gateway to the eight – thousanders of the nearby Karakoram mountain range. The Indus River running through the region separates the Karakoram from the Himalayas.

Travel Day 1:

Meet at Skardu Airport on arrival, receive and transfer to hotel. Check in at hotel.
Later in the afternoon visit Cold Desert, Shigar Fort, Shigar Valley, Blind Lake.
Return back to Skardu. Overnight in Skardu.

Day 2:
Breakfast. Visit Sadpara Lake, Budda Rock, Deosai Plain, Deosai Top, Bara Pani,
Showers Lake. Overnight in Skardu.

Travel Day 3:

Day 3:
Breakfast. Visit Katpana Desert, Katpana Lake, Uper Kachura Lake, Soq Valley,
Shangrila Resort. Overnight in Skardu.

Travel Day 4:

Day 4:
Breakfast. Transfer to airport for flight to Skardu.
