Meet on arrival at Baku Airport and transfer to hotel. Check in at hotel. Day free for rest. Overnight in Baku (No Meal)
Day 2: Baku-City
Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to Panoramic City View with car, visit Highland Park-Alley of Martyrs, The National Assembly – also transliterated as Mili Majlis, Flame Towers the taller skyscraper in Baku. The Bib-Heybat Mosque is a historical mosque in Baku, Azerbaijan. The existence structure, built in 1990s, is a recreation of the mosque with the same name built in the 13th century by Shirvanshah Farrukhzad 11 1bn Ahsitan II, which was completely destroyer by the Bolsheviks in 1936, and today is the spiritual center for the Muslims of the region and one of the major monuments of Islamic architecture in Azerbaijan. Continue with National Flag Square is a large ity square in Baku, Azerbaijan. A flag measuring 70 by 35 metres flies on a pole 162 m high. The flagpole was confirmed as the world’s tallest by the Guinness Book of Records, but was soon overtaken by the 165m Dushanbe Flagpole in Tajikistan Both Flagpoles were built by the same American affiliated company, Trident Support. National Flag Square covers 60 hectares overall. Walking through Baku Boulevard which stretches along a south-facing BAY ON THE Caspian Sea. It traditionally starts at Freedom Square continuing west to the Old City and beyond. Since 2012, the Yeni Bulvar (New Boulevard) has virtually doubled the length to 3.75. Day 3: Baku- City Tour
Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for city tour of Baku. Visit Crescent Mall- The design of this mall was said to be inspired by the concept of ruyi which is a symbol of good luck and fortune. Crescent Mall contains 45,000 m2 (480,000 sq ft) of retail space. It has a large variety of stores including international chains such as GAP and Tommy Hilfiger, restaurants, a cinema, and a supermarket: Co.opmart. There are numerous chain stores selling clothes and cosmetics, as well as gift and souvenir stores. Among the cafes are branches of Gloria Jean’s Coffees and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Crescent Park (Baku Boulevard) The Crescent Development Project or The Crescent Bay (formerly known as Caspian Plus) is a skyscraper complex under construction on the coast of the Caspian Sea in Baku, Azerbaijan. The complex includes an offshore hotel (Crescent Hotel), an office tower (Crescent City), a residential tower and a retail and entertainment centre (Crescent Place). The project is intended to be an architectural landmark. Victory Park- is a park in Baku, Azerbaijan. It is located in the Khatai District on 8 November Avenue, near the Baku Seafront Boulevard. The park is dedicated to Azerbaijan’s victory in the Second Karabakh War. The Victory Monument, which commemorates 8 November – Victory Day, is erected at the entrance to the park. This memorial monument embodies two powerful symbols: Victory Day and the unshakable unity as a symbol of eternity. The greenery surrounding the monument reflects the patterns and decorative elements of Karabakh carpets. (outside view). Heydar Aliyev Center Tour continues with the visit to the charming example of modern achticture – a 57,500 m2 building complex in Baku, Azerbaijan designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid and noted for its distinctive architecture and flowing, curved style that eschews sharp angles. The center is named after Heydar Aliyev, the first secretary of Soviet Azerbaijan from 1969 to 1982, and president of Azerbaijan Republic from October 1993 to October 2003. (Heydar Aliyev center classic car exhibitions included). Gandik Mall- one of the largest shopping centers in Azerbaijan, houses many famous clothing brands as well as various cafes and restaurants. It is a shopping center located on Fatali Khan Khoyski Street, near the Ganjlik metro station. Back to hotel. Overnight in Baku (Breakfast)
Day 4: Baku – Gabala Day Trip
Breakfast at hotel. 10:00 Proceed to Departure to Gabala in the north-west of Azerbaijan The distance up to Baku 225 km (3hours). Tour in Shamakhi and Gabala Shamakhi Juma Mosque- a mosque located in the city of Shamakhi. It is the oldest mosque in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The mosque was built in 743-744. The mosque is registered as a historical and cultural monument of national importance by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Gabala is a tourist destination due to the combination of its spring climate, mountainous landscape, and diverse fauna. There are many world-class hotels and resorts, most part of the Qafqaz chain. Natural climatic conditions of the region create opportunities for the development of both summer and winter tourism in the region. Qabala is home to the Tufandag Ski Complex, rated the best ski resort in Azerbaijan and one of the foremost in the Caucasus. The complex serves up to 3,000 people a day. Excursion in: Tufandaq Winter-Summer Tourism Complex offers cable car rides at any time of the year, skiing on the ski tracks of different difficulty level, ski training and ski school, catering service (cafe and restaurants), entertainment centres for kids, hotel and other services. (CABLE CAR 2 LINES INCLUDED) Nohur Lake- It is located in Qabala, another region of Azerbaijan that one passes when travelling to Sheki. Lake is not on the way but if you go a bit deeper towards the mountains this beautifull view opens up in front of you. Yeddi Gozel Waterfall – After reaching the Vandam settlement, you have to go four kilometers. This is due to the fact that the “Yeddi Gozel” waterfall is located at the foot of the mountain, in a mountainous area with a dense forest. Thousands of tourists come to see the waterfall every year. Day 5: Baku
Breakfast at hotel. Check out from hotel and transfer to Kuala lumpur Airport for homebound flight.
